Platform Terms of Service

General Access

  • 1. These Platform Terms govern your engagement with the comprehensive sports data and analysis features provided by 懂球帝.
  • 2. These Terms become effective upon successful account creation, signified by accepting these terms and completing registration. Continued use of any 懂球帝 platform feature post-account creation constitutes your full agreement to these Platform Terms.
  • 3. Thoroughly review these Platform Terms in their entirety before creating an account. Should any clause be disagreeable, refrain from account creation and cease using the platform.

  • 4. We are entitled to make amendments to these User Agreement at any time and without advanced notice. If we make such amendments, we may take appropriate steps to bring such changes to your attention (such as by email or placing a notice on a prominent position on the Website, together with the amended User Agreement) but it shall be your sole responsibility to check for any amendments, updates and/or modifications. Your continued use of Sorko services and Website after any such amendment to the User Agreement will be deemed as your acceptance and agreement to be bound by such amendments, updates and/or modifications.

Player Commitments

  • 1. By accepting these Platform Terms, you also consent to abide by the 懂球帝 Rules and Privacy Policy, which are integrated herein by reference. In instances of conflict, these Platform Terms shall supersede. You affirm and guarantee that:

Performance Bonuses

  • 1. Sorko reserves the right to cancel any promotion, bonus or bonus program (including, but not limited to top-up rewards, invite friends to reward bonuses and loyalty programs) with immediate effect if we believe the bonus has been set up incorrectly or is being abused, and if said bonus has been paid out, we reserve the right to decline any Withdraw request and to deduct such amount from your account. Whether or not a bonus is deemed to be set up incorrectly or abused shall be determined solely by Sorko.
